The Pabineau Health Center is excited to announce a new service now available to our community: free Naturopathic Clinics with Josee Metallic, an experienced naturopath dedicated to holistic, whole-person healing.
These clinics offer community members a chance to explore natural approaches to wellness, learn more about their health, and receive personalized support rooted in understanding the body as an interconnected system.

🌿 What Is a Naturopath?
A Naturopath (ND) focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal by looking at root causes rather than just symptom management. Using both modern science and natural therapies, naturopaths create personalized health plans that consider your full health story—sleep, digestion, hormones, stress, energy, and daily habits.
Naturopathic care may include:
Nutrition and therapeutic diets
Herbal remedies
Lifestyle & stress support
Homeopathy (depending on province)
Supplements
Mind–body practices
Gentle hands-on techniques
Preventative health planning
This holistic approach is especially supportive for those navigating chronic symptoms, stress, fatigue, digestion issues, and women’s health concerns.
🌸 Meet Our Naturopath: Josee Metallic
Josee brings over 10 years of experience through her naturopathic clinic in Campbellton, NB. She lives in Listuguj, QC, where her husband and children are Mi’gmaq, and supporting Indigenous communities is a meaningful part of her work.
Her training includes:
Postgraduate Diploma in Naturopathy
Certified Hormone Specialist
Holistic Thyroid Specialist
Ongoing AMCC advanced education
Member of APNN (Alliance Professionnelle des Naturopathes et Naturothérapeutes)
