Fire at Wedge Extension Road Contained

The wildfire at Wedge Extension Road (near Brunswick Mines) has been successfully contained. You can follow official updates here: NB Fire Watch.

⚠️ Pabineau Falls Closed Due to Wildfire Ban

As part of a province-wide ban on all activities in the woods, Pabineau Falls remains closed.
The New Brunswick government has restricted:

  • Fishing

  • Camping

  • Hiking

  • Vehicle use on Crown land

This is in effect due to extremely dry and dangerous conditions. Residents and visitors are asked to stay out of the woods until it is safe to return.
