Yoga – 5-Session Series in Pabineau
Join us for a grounding yoga practice focused on cultivating both inner and outer balance through a blend of restful and active postures. This class includes gentle balancing shapes, accessible modifications for all levels, simple breath techniques, and slow, grounding poses.
The practice is designed to support both yin and yang energy, creating space to connect mind, body, and soul in a calm, supportive environment.
