Naturopath Clinic

The Pabineau Health Centre is pleased to offer free Naturopath appointments to community members as part of our ongoing commitment to holistic, accessible care.

Naturopathic care focuses on whole-person healing, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Appointments may include guidance on nutrition, lifestyle and stress support, herbal remedies, supplements, and prevention-focused wellness planning. Rather than treating symptoms alone, naturopathic care looks at the full picture—digestion, sleep, hormones, stress, and daily habits.

Our visiting naturopath, Josée Metallic, brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through natural, evidence-informed approaches to health. Her work is grounded in respect, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to Indigenous community wellness.

Appointments are free for community members and available by booking in advance.
