Niigaan Sinclair Visits Pabineau First Nation, Inspires Continued Reconciliation Efforts
Oinpegitjoig (Pabineau First Nation) recently welcomed Anishinaabe writer, professor, and activist Niigaan Sinclair as part of his cross-country tour connecting with Indigenous communities. Sharing stories of his father, the late Senator Murray Sinclair, and offering words of encouragement, Sinclair inspired community members to continue building on the progress of truth and reconciliation while empowering the next generation.
