About the role:
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Terminal Operations Administrator will be responsible for all terminaloperations administrative duties while conducting themselves in a safe and effective manner and contributing to a safe working environment for Greenergy. You will support and liaise with other departments, including health and safety, construction, environmental, engineering, and maintenance to ensure that all activities and personnel follow Greenergy Standards, programs and applicable government regulations. The Terminal Operations Administrator will support terminal and office sites within Greenergy Fuels Canada Supply and Trading Operations.
Key Activities:
• Complete at least one (1) site safety walk weekly and enter all observations into Airsweb
• Facilitate the completion of safety paperwork for contractors for all work activity on site
• Process inbound railcar paperwork
• Create car load inspection sheets for each rail car with seals
• Organize all rail car paperwork
• File all paperwork once completed
• Archive all paperwork on site to free up space on site
• Organize Jet paperwork
• Complete jet paperwork in advance of offloading Jet Rail cars
• General office management including receiving guests, answering the terminal phone, ordering office supplies, assist with planning 3rd party maintenance contractor work, assist with the issuance of site work permits, etc.
• Assist with keeping GVM data base current for date on drivers, tractors, and trailers for all terminals
• Working with Finance team to resolve discrepancies with inventories, payments, etc.
• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Assist with the development, implementation, and management of KPIs for all terminals
• Acquire accurate data to support reporting on terminal KPIs
• Create daily, weekly, monthly management reports as required
• Assist the Supply & Trading team with the administration of all product logistics including rail cars, trucking, and all other services as required
• Assist with the coordination of all work between contractors, Greenergy maintenance, Greenergy projects and Greenergy supply operations
• Develop relationships across all Greenergy stakeholders: Finance, Commercial, Supply & Trading, and Terminal Operations (including 3rd party operators)
• Visit all Greenergy terminals and offices as required

Skills/Attributes desired:
• Bilingual French/English, required;
• Highschool diploma required. College diploma or technical trade preferred;
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn and adapt to Greenergy systems;
• Experience in terminal operations preferred but not required;
• Must possess valid driver’s license;
• Good communication skills; ability to read and write at a minimum of high school level; ability to clearly communicate to all levels in organization;
• Ability to read, interpret and follow written job instructions and directions;
• Ability to read, interpret and understand safety procedures;
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to work with fractions and perform various mathematical conversions commonly used in petrochemical industry;
• Basic computer knowledge and user ability including database systems and other programs and applications used at location;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on assignments;
• Understanding of general business concepts;
• Delivering a high standard of quality and service, which meets/exceeds our customer requirements;
